In the early nineteen sixties, we developed a precisely designed heating system to prevent earth heaving under freezer floors. We developed this design ability because, for the most of the twentieth century, freezer underfloor systems had been installed using a rule of thumb such as "six inch pipes on six foot centers" and many of those systems were failing. They were failing, as they still are, because nothing in the rule of thumb assured the system would supply adequate heat. Our systems are carefully designed to supply the right amount of heat for each project. We don't use rules of thumb.
We have provided design and special equipment for underfloor heat systems for more than forty years. There are several thousand of our systems all across the United States and Mexico. Three-fourths of the systems are for new construction. The others are successfully retrofitted to existing freezers with previously heaved floors. The best part is..... they all work!
